Sarah Farrington’s Creamy Coriander Microgreen Dressing


  • 16g coriander microgreens
  • 60ml maas
  • 70g cream cheese
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Pinch of Oryx Desert salt and pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a jar or straight over your salad and enjoy.
